This Power Filter Cord is compatible with the HJC ChatterBox FRS Multi Sport Communication System ONLY! It directly connects to your battery and delivers a trickle charge to your battery while riding. The key is to use the power filter cord once you have a full charge in your battery, and the power filter cord will maintain that charge. If you hook to the power filter cord and have a low charge it will only maintain that low charge level. This is not a battery recharging device. This is a great accessory for long trips or all day rides.
