J&M Corporation High Performance Speakers are designed to be a direct replacement for the OEM speakers on the Honda Gold Wing GL-1500 and GL-1800. Spec’€™d at 3 ohms impedance and 100+ watts power, they have been designed for the specific power levels of the Gold Wing’s audio system to deliver maximum output at highway speeds. Their Mylar and aluminum waterproof cone construction makes them impervious to the weather and repeated trips to the carwash. The fitment of these speakers can be a little confusing, I will try and explain. If you have a GL-1500 and need front speakers you want model RSPF-GL15. If you have a 1988-00’ GL-1500 and need rear speakers you want model USK-9000. If you have a 2001-05’ GL-1800 that came with front and rear speakers you want model RSPA-GL18 sold as a pair and can be used to replace the front or rear speakers. If you have a 2001-05’ GL-1800 with front speakers only and you want to add rear speakers you want model RRSK-GL18 which is the complete rear speaker kit which includes the wiring harness that plugs into the factory wiring harness plug located under the seat, all necessary mounting hardware and installation instructions All of these models listed can be chosen in the drop down menu.
