Kryptonite list’s the Evolution Disc Lock as their toughest disc lock, able to withstand over 10,000 lbs of pull force and 20,000 lbs of cut force! I like the fact that you can register your keys through Kryptonite and the fact that you get Three keys with this lock one of which has a light built into it for nighttime visibility. Kryptonite has improved this lock in several ways. They have reinforced the sleeve over the crossbar, improved on the function of the disc style cylinder, added a rotating dust cover for protecting the cylinder and installed internal anti rattle bumpers to reduce noise during transport. If you live in or have to park your bike/scooter in an urban or high theft danger area you should consider the Kryptonite Evolution Disc Lock Improved.
