About Us
Our Location in Texas
New Enough is located in scenic Shallowater Texas (just outside Lubbock in the Texas panhandle). Our offices and warehouses offer us a comfortable and spacious workspace. The office building currently houses 20 of us (including the Street Apparel group). And our two warehouses consist of about 20,000 square feet of climate controlled/carpeted space (to keep our products clean and our employees cool and collected). And we have additional “container” storage for our bulk closeout purchases.
Customers are welcome to pick up merchandise, but since our products are stored for order fulfillment (rather than retail display), we ask that visitors review the web site and make a list of merchandise they’d like to see before coming by (keep in mind that only products that say Same Day for availability are in our Shallowater warehouse. Other products would have to be ordered in).
Our History
Since 1998 I worked for Helmet House (distributor for Shoei, HJC and Tour Master) as their National Account Manager and New Enough Motorcycle Leathers was one of my key accounts. Over the years I have been fortunate enough to be involved with the growth of Paul’s business and in late July of 2005 he called me at the office and said he was looking to expand the website by offering Street Bike Parts and Accessories. Naturally, I thought it was a great idea and wanted to participate. And now, here we are!
I have always loved motorcycles and have been riding street and dirt bikes since I was 18 and was excited to work for myself, but remain in the industry. Leaving friends, family, and our jobs to relocate in a different state has been a challenge, but we are well under way in our new business.
