Orders

Orders can be placed through the website via our secure shopping cart. You can also place orders by phone. Call 800-565-4402 for the street parts and accessories group and 888-530-7351 for the street apparel group. Office hours are (8:30 to 5 central time, M thru F) Canadians call 806-832-0472 for the street parts and accessories group and 806-832-5190 for the street apparel group.

Payment

We accept major credit cards or Paypal for customers whose billing and shipping addresses are in the US, US territories or APO/FPO (military) or Canada. Customers outside the US and Canada should take the link at the top of this page for International terms of sale.

Returns

Exchanges and returns are sometimes necessary with mail order shopping—even under the best of circumstances. At New Enough we try to make the process as easy and inexpensive as possible for our customers. We do not charge restocking fees for returns, so the process for obtaining an exchange is simply to re-order another size/color/product and return the product(s) that don’t work. And in an effort to keep our customers happy, we offer a 110% value return option…. read on! (more explanation here)

“Normal” returns for size, color, etc: Request return authorization through the website here. You’ll need only to know your email address, zip code or order number (two of three will work). Automated return authorization can be requested for products shipped in the last 30 days. You can also request return authorization by phone using the number at the top of this page. Customers can request a full refund for the product price or a gift certificate for 110% of the product price. No restocking fees are charged.

  • Products being returned must be in “new” condition with factory packaging (basically we are asking that you return products in the same condition as when they were received)
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipment.
  • Products kept for over 30 days without a return request are considered final

Customers whose return needs don’t fall into this general circumstance are encouraged to emails us at returns@newenoughhp.com with the details and we’ll try to help.

Returns for wrong merchandise shipped or defective “new” merchandise: We cover the cost to replace merchandise that was shipped/received incorrectly or was defective in some way right out of the box. We will ship replacement merchandise at no charge and will provide pre-paid shipping for the return of the incorrect/defective merchandise (in the case of shipments from Canada we will reimburse for return shipping expense). Return authorization requests can be made through the website here, by email to returns@newenoughhp.com or by phone (see numbers above).

Returns for a defective item that has been used: Please direct your request for return of defective merchandise to returns@newenoughhp.com or return by phone (see numbers above). Procedures for processing used defective items varies by the manufacturer and the circumstances. Most products will be returned to New Enough where others are handled directly by the manufacturer in their own facilities, in which case we can put you in touch with the right people.

Returns for items purchased through our eBay auctions: The terms of sale for eBay auctions vary by the product and are stated as part of the product presentation on eBay. To obtain a return authorization for any product ordered through eBay, please email: christopher@newenough.com

Price Protection Policy

Motorcycle parts is a seasonal business and products are often put on sale by our suppliers with no notice. Those pricing changes allow us to pass along savings to our customers. Unfortunately, there are customers who may have recently bought a product only to see a price reduction. We like to “play fair”, so we offer the following price protection policy:

If you bought an item anytime 30 days prior to a markdown, we will give you a gift certificate for the difference in price toward the purchase of anything we sell. To receive the credit, email nate@newenoughhp.com or call our offices (see numbers above) within 30 days of your purchase and we’ll issue the gift certificate to be used with your next purchase. Exclusion: Sometimes we mark down products when size and colors selections are extremely limited, so the price protection policy only applies if we we are offering the same size and color originally purchased.
