The Chrome and Iridium Series Windscreens are new from Puig this year. Puig has been around for years and is known as a leader in motorcycle windscreen technology. These Chrome and Iridium tinted windscreens come in the double bubble design which Puig calls their race or racing windscreen and they are a direct replacement for your O.E.M. windscreen. The double bubble style windscreens offer the best aerodynamics you can achieve on a sportbike greatly reducing the amount of direct airflow to the rider’s helmet. It is easy to tell what the Iridium windscreen looks like but the Chrome does not photograph very well. The best way I can describe the Chrome windscreen is by comparing it to a mirrored shield on a motorcycle helmet, so basically it’s a much darker tint than a regular smoke windscreen. The Puig Windscreens do NOT include mounting hardware, they are designed to be a direct replacement of your O.E.M. windscreen using your O.E.M. mounting hardware.
